On realizing a need to form a united forum in order to effectively advance their common interests in the Outdoor Advertising Industry, in 1997 advertising firms pioneered and officially registered the Association, so as to enhance and promote a smooth and an efficient advertising industry in Uganda.

With over 41 companies subscribing membership National Outdoor Advertising Contractor’s Association (NOACA) is an umbrella that bring together firms practicing Outdoor Advertising business in Uganda.
